Baby Brezza utilizes FedEx SmartPost service for delivery to our residential customers. By utilizing the United States Postal Service® (USPS) for final delivery, FedEx SmartPost reaches every U.S. address, including P.O. boxes and military APO and FPO destinations. We are able to use FedEx SmartPost to ship to Alaska, Hawaii
and all U.S. territories.
Utilizing FedEx SmartPost still gives our customers full package visibility on fedex.com. The normal transit time, based on your zip code is 2 to 8 days within the
contiguous U.S., with longer transit times outside the contiguous U.S.
Standard Shipping Costs:
• Orders over $99 will ship for free with Standard Shipping
• Orders under $99 will ship for $5 with Standard Shipping
• Orders with 2-Day Shipping requests will be charged a $30 shipping fee
• Orders with Next-Day shipping requests will be charged a $45 shipping fee
Expedited orders are still subject to up to 3 days in order processing time
Return Policy for Items Purchased on BabyBrezza.com
Items bought through the BabyBrezza.com shopping site can be returned in their original, unopened packaging with proof of purchase for six months following purchase date. To return product, please contact us with the reason for your return. You will be asked to return the item at your cost. Once we determine that the merchandise is unopened and unused, we will issue your credit.
We stand behind our product with our warranty and gold standard customer service. If your product is damaged or defective upon receipt, or becomes damaged or defective during normal use after you have begun using it, please call us for a replacement. We will replace product for one year from date of purchase, on presentation of proof of purchase date, for any fault not the result of abnormal use of product as determined by Baby Brezza Enterprises.
Return Policy for Items Purchased at Other Retailers
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for Baby Brezza product purchased through other retailers. However, we stand behind the quality of our product with our warranty and gold standard customer service. We will happily replace product under our warranty, regardless of where it was purchased (provided that it was purchased new, not used), for one year from date of purchase, on presentation of proof of purchase date, for any fault not the result of abnormal use of product as determined by Baby Brezza Enterprises.

Limited 1-Year Warranty
This warranty is available to consumers only. You are a consumer if you own a Baby Brezza appliance or product that was purchased at retail for personal, family or household use. Except as otherwise required under applicable state law, this warranty is not available to retailers or other commercial purchasers or owners. We warrant that your Baby Brezza appliance or product will be free of defects in material or workmanship under normal home use for one year from the date of original purchase. Customer will be required to present original proof of purchase in order to obtain the warranty benefits.
In the event that you do not have proof of purchase date, the purchase date for purposes of this warranty will be the date of manufacture. If your product should prove to be defective within the warranty period, we will repair it or, if we think it necessary, replace it.
